The Hardware part of the solution contains the CALLMASTER display boxes and the CALLMASTER Call interface device. The display units are essential in the whole call shop set up as they assist the customers in monitoring the cost of their call/calls. The CALLMASTER Call interface device is the link between the Computer, the display units and the Call Carrier.

The software is uniquely developed to provide to the call shop owner a user friendly and reliable method to control and monitor all necessary actions in order to effectively operate the call shop.

Real time monitoring and control of up to 16 call booths, operation either with voip or with standard analogue lines from the local pstn exchange, extensive financial, statistical and billing reports/invoices, tariff and call rate management are only a few of the features that the system offers.
