The CALLMASTER enables the call shop owner to choose between call service providers as it can accommodate both options individually or at the same time. A Call service provider is responsible in forwarding and connecting your call to the desired location (number). A call can be made by using either the local exchange (PSTN) or using a VOIP gateway vendor.
This dual call routing facility is a great advantage for every Call shop owner since it almost guarantees a continuous operation of the business in the case of a malfunction of either the Internet access or the PSTN. Continuity of service can be maintained since the owner can easily switch all his lines to either access method and thus remain uninfluenced by the problem. |
